It is not always what happens to us that impacts us but rather how we respond what happened. As a therapist, I believe each individual have the tools in them to help built what seems broken or shattered. I have helped many pull the right tools at the right time. My background in Family Systems Theory enables me to help people connect and consider how multiple factors- including relationships, health, and spirituality-impact one's life. At Lifeline Center it is my aim to counsel, coach and encourage those who may be struggling to achieve in a particular area of life or feel that their growth has been halted. Together, I am certain we can identify your obstacles and reset the course.

Though I am skilled in the treatment of emotional and behavioral issues-including depression, trauma, substance abuse and family stressors- I believe what sets me apart is my ability to uses my gift of insight and compassion in conjunction with my academic accomplishments and experience.
